We strive to create an environment that offers both personal and professional satisfaction through our educational and inspiring work; and we’re fortunate to be located in one of the most beautiful areas in Northern California – and home to the iconic Sundial Bridge.
We offer our team members a competitive compensation and benefits package (medical, dental, life and long term disability insurance, employee assistance plan (EAP) and travel assistance plan; 401(k) retirement; vacation, sick and personal leave and paid holidays for eligible employees). In addition, employees receive complementary Park memberships and discounts at our Turtle Bay Museum Store & Coffee Bar.
Our Best Place to Work Committee looks for any occasion to celebrate achievements by recognizing Turtles for jobs well done and building camaraderie through an assortment of company-wide social events and outings both on and off campus that includes ice cream socials, movie nights, kayak trips, summer luaus, and holiday parties.
Turtles enjoy bonding with teammates and their families at these events and bring an exuberant attitude back into their day-to-day work. On certain days of the month the President/CEO has been known to announce special occasions like bring your pet to work day!
To promote a healthy lifestyle the company provides bicycles for transportation around the campus, although some prefer a brisk or leisurely stroll across the Sundial Bridge and through the arboretum to get from building to building.
